Hi All,
I am trying to install the SSIS 2005 Packages into server. I am getting the below error message while installing the package.
The Error details:

The package failed to load due to error 0xC0011008 "Error loading from XML. No further detailed error information can be specified for this problem because no Events object was passed where detailed error information can be stored.". This occurs when CPackage::LoadFromXML fails.
Environment details:
==============
SQL Server 9.0.3042 version used to created the build.
The Destination Server details:
======================
SQL Server 9.0.4035.
Any help will appreciated.

I ran into a similar problem on a workstation, not on a server. The issue was that when the workstation was rebuilt, the MSXML 6 Service Pack 2 was missed. After installing this, my issues were resolved.

The other thing you may want to take a look at is SQLXML - I think we are running SQLXML4 which I believe was the requirement for SQL Server 2k5 SP2
