Unable to connect to server

    Hi foks,

    I'm trying to connect to ms sql server 2k using sql server authentication with a login name I created in enterprise manager. But I always get this error message: Login failed for user xxxx. Reason: Not associated with a trusted sql server connection.

    Anyone can help me get rid of this problem? Thanks for your help

    In EM, could you check to make sure the server is set for mixed mode authentication?

    And then again, I might be wrong ...
