It's very similar to this blog from 9 years ago:
Based on MS doc, "Integration Services service always uses port 135. You cannot specify a different port.", it seemed incorrect according to the two articles.
Since port 135 is open, is it possible to use the default port for SSIS instead of a dynamic range?

Maybe I'm confused but, why not allowing the binary exe images in the Windows Firewall instead of discrete ports. This way, may the program port change in the future, nothing needs to be done in the Windows Firewall.
