unable to connect reporting server

    I installed SQL 2008 r2reporting services and tried to conect but geeting error as

    Cannot connect to <SERVER>

    Reporting Services Instance could not be found (Microsoft.Sqlserver.Management.UI.RSClient)

    How to slove ?

    and also the reporting databases are not created in databas engine . The reporting services are runing successfully .

    Can any one help on this?
