  Hi,

  I am trying to configure replication in SQL 2008 (cluster environment) and at the end I am getting an error message "Destination path ____ is not valid. Unable to list directory contents. Specify a valid destination path." Error no 14430

  I tried with sysadmin logins but no luck. Please help. Thank you.

  Sounds like a permissions issue to the destination path on the subscriber.
