  Why is it, sometimes a database will not allow me to

  upsize it to SQL ?  The Upsizing option is not available (unable to

  highlight it)

  I have 2 datasbases in the same folder on my PC.  One will upsize, the

  other won't.  Is there something in ACCESS that won't allow me to upsize a

  DB.  What am I missing ?
