Two bugs in forums migrated from old site

  1. Links to the old forum topic URLs that were to pages other than the first / initial page of the topic are redirecting only to the first / initial page of the topic. For example:

     https://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/2001850/HTTP-Requests-Using-SQLCLR?PageIndex=2

     That URL takes you to: https://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/topic/http-requests-using-sqlclr

     instead of: https://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/topic/http-requests-using-sqlclr/page/2 (it's missing the "/page/2" part at the end).

  2. Some formatting is mangled. No, this is not anything "special" that I was doing that most others wouldn't do. I had simply copied and pasted link text from a web page into the post. It was probably using the fancy quotes, and it looks like the UTF-8 encoded bytes for those quotes got stored as-is but are no longer being read as UTF-8 encoded bytes. I am referring to the link about half-way down this post, https://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/topic/http-requests-using-sqlclr/page/2/#post-2009720, starting with, "SQLCLR vs. SQL Server 2017, Part 1:...". I know that I have reported the data corruption issue before, but I am restating it here because again, this is not any fancy Unicode stuff that I was doing. It was just copying and pasting some text from a web page that included fancy quotes, which is not an uncommon thing for people to do. Hence, I suspect that this would affect quite a few people / posts.
