User 'Createpackage'
User 'SchedulePackage'
User 'SQLAgent'
User 'DBA'
CreatePackage user creates a package on his local machine and move the solution file on the local server. Package consists of 2 parts. Source file is located on \\Sourcefile\Package\ and destination is SQL Server.
SQL Agent is running under user 'SQLAgent'
DBA create a job and set Owner as DBA.
Question is: Which user should have access to the source file \\Sourcefile\Package\ in order for a job to run successfully and not get permission denied error?
User 'Createpackage'

User 'SQLAgent'
DBA?

it depends.... what have you read so far on it? plenty of information on it on the net for you to get here and just ask a question asked and answered multiple times (including a few on this site alone)
not to mention Microsoft SQL Agent job documentation itself.

If the job owner has 'sa' level permissions, then the job is run under the Agent's service account, and thus using its permissions to other resources -- drives, network, etc..
