I have one trn job created through maintenace Plan and it runs every 10mins ,Yesterday I found an error in the History of th Job log
Yesterday log
"Executed as user: ****\***. Microsoft (R) SQL Server Execute Package Utility Version 9.00.4035.00 for 64-bit Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1984-2005. All rights reserved.
Started: 6:10:00 AM. The return value was unknown. The process exit code was -2146233082. The step failed."
and went through others Log Iam unable to find anything,,But when I observerd in the next schedule the job ran successful without any Problem...
As we are doing Some restoration on other servers of the databases using these trn files (i,e which I told the trn jobs run every 10Mins).
Is this error can we Ignore by belving of next ran successful of the job or Do we need to take care any actions ?
Thanks and Regards,

Add an output file to the job step. That will give more information about the job failure.

Recreating the Maintenance Plan should always be the last option. Let us try all other options before getting to that conclusion 😉

To find the actual error for a maintenance plan, you need to look at the history on the maintenance plan instead of looking at the history of the job.
Right-click on the maintenance plan and view history.
