Is there a better way to view triggers like stored procedures?
Where I could see a tree view and the contents of the trigger?

Not that I know of. I usually use the Object Browser in QA (SQL2K), drill down to triggers then right click to script to the window.

Andy has the best suggestion. EM doesn't have a way.
