Are there any way to see "last modified" date on a trigger in sql server 2000 ?

Don't have access to SQL2K anymore π but try the view sys.triggers and look for the column modify_date.
SQL Server 2000 did not have the sys schema, so there is no sys.triggers to check. As for the original question - Unfortunately there isnβt a way to see it in SQL Server 2000
