Transferring encrypted stored procedures

    Does any one know how I can transfer encrypted stored procedure from one server to another.?

    There are decryption routines on the internet. Search Google and decrypt it and recompile on the new machine.

    I'm having trouble trying to envision a legitimate reason for needing or wanting to copy encrypted stored procedures.
