Transactional Replication error

    Error 14080 The remote server does not exist or has not been designated as a valid Publisher.

    Help me!

    Could you give us more information? It this an existing replication setup? Are you configuring replication for the first time on these servers? If so, what have you done so far?

    Connect to your distributor using Enterprise Manager. Go to Tools, Replication, Configure Publishers, Subscibers, and Distributors. Click the publishers tab. Is there a check mark to the left of the problem publishers? Ensure there is. If there is you might want to click on the three ellipses to the right of the publisher and uncheck the Administrative Link Password check box and try again.
