SQL Safe is a good product, this product should offer you fairly decent backup\restore times even on a database that size so Gail's suggestion of regular backup\restore might make sense. Other than that you're looking at replication which has a higher overhead for deployment and maintenance.

excellent backup analyser tools, object level recovery and compressed\encrypted backups without relying on TDE are just some of the reasons

Also, there is no native compression available in SS 2005. Time to backup and recover is much quicker with this tool and much easier to initiate.

True. Sorry... I am using both 2005 and 2008 but this probably should have been in 2005.
