  Hi Team,

  I have a DB having both replication (all object are replicated) and log shipping enabled

  I need to to run a utility which will be truncating the tables... will it effect logshipping.

  I know i need to reintialize my subscriptions again...but my main concern is does this break log shipping also...

  as per my knowledge it wont happen but i need to be more sure.

  kindly help on this

  when u truncate tables in the source database; after the corresponding log backup is restored in secondary, those tables will be truncated as well.

  Truncate is minimally logged command.
