Tranactional replication in an active/active cluster environment

    I am new to replication on SQL Server.  I am using Transactional replication on an Active/Active cluster.  Within the databases on both clusters, data is passed both ways.  I was told that in this case, a server reboot would cause replication to break and many days of repair ahead.  If I need to reboot, can I stop replication so that I can move the database to the other cluster and restart the database after the reboot, will replication break or just catch up?

    why would you need to move the DBs if they are replicated ?

    Sorry, not move the databases but move the database to the drive on the other node.
