Can anyone point me in the right direction for training in T-SQL? Onsite training, online, labs, etc.
Any help is much appreciated

Best of the best, track down a class by Itzik Ben-Gan of Solid Quality Mentors. A company can even pay to have come locally and teach (as we have done five times).
Another opportunity, in two weeks the PASS Summit starts. That's a great place.
Itzik has two books out, Inside SQL Server 2005: T-SQL Querying and SQL Server 2008: T-SQL Fundamentals (I just got the second one yesterday).
Haunt these forums. Check out JumpStartTv
