Hi all
In one of the daily emails (quite a while ago), there was a method for getting server performance and tracking what queries were running, etc.
I can't find the link any more, so if anyone has it could they send me a copy please?

It wasn't unfortunately.
I managed to dig out my old code, etc to track running queries.
This looks very useful as well so thanks for that.

Sounds like you may be thinking of Adam Machanic's Who Is Active stored procedure. Google will take you right to it.

Yeah - sp_whoisactive is THE tool for monitoring current activity on a sql box. Here is a link to a 30-day blog post series he did on all the different things the sproc can do. AMAZINGLY flexible/powerful/useful, and FREE too!!
