Hey guys !!
what does "Transaction Per Minute" ( TPM ) means in database terms?
where can i find more information abot "Transaction Per Minute" ( TPM )
i mostly find TPC what the different in that anyway ?

well i did but there were hardly anything about TPM .. Maybe i just did the dump search ...

TPM is the measure of the number of transactions a system can process on average per minute based on the measure of a defined period under load. As far as what this actually represents it is a measure of the IO of the hardware verusus the database design to define a load threshold.
