I have a report that in the data section calculates how many services in total of 3 different types (health check, consult, immunisation) have been provided to particular clients for a date range.
The report displays those individuals that have a total number of services >= X (parameter value) and all others are hidden.
Does anyone know of a way in Report Services itself to total ONLY the NON-HIDDEN values?

Perhaps you could use a subreport which displays individuals with a total number of services < X?

Thanks for looking at this Sam
I've managed to use two different views, one that provides all the details needed by the business (this hides data not needed) and the other provides the totals.
I have then reported the totals with appropriate graphs first and on a new page the details report all sorted in the same order by business unit. Seems clunky but it does work and so far as the business is concerned it is all in one report.
