Brian,
I liked your article. I myself am in the middle of testing TSA for our documentation purposes. I have found the same exact pros and cons that you have. Also, there have been a couple of instances where the data in the report seemed questionable. I found myself double-checking some of the reports for validity.
Overall, I think TSA is a great product for a DBA!! It has helped us out tremendously in certain situations. However, there are instances where you have to look over the information when things don't seem right. With it being a fairly new product, I can understand FMS still having to work out some of the kinks.
