I run an ASP.Net / Windows 2008 R2 / VPS site. There seems to be a lot of Windows services running that consume resources and MS SQL Server 2008 R2 seems to be the main culprit. Is there a tool that will allow me to analyze my queries and recommend query changes? I want to check my queries to see if they can be faster or better optimized. Thanks ahead of time.

There are several different tools from various vendors that advertise this feature, but frankly, they're either weak or dangerous. I wouldn't recommend using any of them at this point in time. Maybe in the future they'll be better, but not currently.

Generally the best job is still manual. If you want to give it a try, see these links then the book Grant has in his sig.
