There's a "roach coach" that serves West African food near my place of employment. The goat was fantastic. The beef skin - not so much.....I expected fried and this was like boiled, rubbery - IMO nasty. The rice was excellent as well. Never had kudu biltong but it sounds good.

Goat curry stalls are found all over London during the Carnival. It's well nice. The meat is tender, mutton-ish, with a good gamey flavour.
