    I have 8 hours to finish and right now I run/walk a 3 1/2 hour 1/2 marathon. But I doubt I'll get 'faster' the 2nd 1/2 of the marathon so.... I run w/a group and we train with long slower runs for endurance on Saturdays. Couple of short runs during the week. I've done 10 1/2's, which aren't too bad (especially since I go so slow) And they are way easier to train for.

    Athens marathon... here I come Oct 31! Barb
