I'm eating a bagel with cream cheese and lox so I'd better be walking soon!

A 15 Minute walk at 0530, 2 15 minutes walks during the work day (the need to give my eyes a break), a 20 Minutes walk once I get home and an 40-60 minutes walk at night. Not included is a 60-120 minute walk during the day on nonwork days. The benefits of owning a dog. (Or being owned by one).
