Our cat brought in an 18" garter snake and it was moving around the living room. I walked in coming home from work and my wife and her friend were standing on the couch screaming. It was truly a sight to see! Was in the doghouse for about a week for laughing so hard. 🙂

Oh man, that's priceless! 🙂
About a couple of months ago, I was talking to my neighbor (I was taking a break from yardwork), and saw my cat come trotting home with something in his mouth. My neighbor and I were both like, "what is that???"
It turned out to be a LIVE chipmunk! The cat, looking very proud, put it down in front of me, and it took off! He chased it around the driveway into and out of the garage, and into the bushes!

That's hilarious. My husband is always having to rescue lizards from our cat's clutches. One time, she had a big bull snake captured in the front yard. Thank goodness, she didn't drag it inside.

I had a cat once that would decapitate robins and would drop their heads right infront of me on my way out the door to work. It happened atleast 5 or 6 times.

With cats, this is a love offering.

I love the springtime when we can sleep with our windows open and enjoy the fresh air. That is, until we are woken up by the sound of screaming baby rabits as my cat enjoys her night time hunting. She is declawed (front only) but we let her be an indoor/outdoor cat anyways. It doesn't seem to stop her from capturing and killing rabits and birds. I've seen her jump and catch a bird in mid-air with her front paws (yes, without claws). She just wraps them up and brings them down.
If cats were big enough, they'd eat us too.

Rembember the SciFi Classic - The Incredible Shrinking Man? Poor guy had to hide from the cat in the doll house!
