    Kerfuffle.

That is how everything was when I came into work this morning. How did you know? Do you know how to fix everything? πŸ˜€

  • Fix is easy.

    Step 1) Find hammer

    Step 2) Hulk smash

Step 3) Grab the appropriate adult beverage and call it a day.

I have heard that once you pass a specific height, it no longer affects you. Any truth to that?

    Joe

Not really. Unless the "no long affects you" is because you are frozen in terror and not moving. πŸ˜›

Although, I'm don't like heights, but flying in an airplane doesn't bother me. It's the heights in buildings that get me.

    Yikes!

Remind me not to ride the sky ride when I go down there again. Do not like heights.

Just note that this is the first breakdown they have ever had in their 10+ years of running it (according to them).

    Joe

I'm with Steve on this one.

As am I. I'm a case study for acrophobia. Ask my wife about going up the Space Needle in Seattle (open deck) or the CN Tower in Toronto (glass floor). NFW.

I have heard that once you pass a specific height, it no longer affects you. Any truth to that?

    Joe

No. Our Dan is 6' 4" and he's still scared.

I'm the same way. For the most part, if it's enclosed and/or fairly secure, it doesn't bother me too much, but if it's wide open, fuhgedaboutit. I've been up to the top of the World Trade Center (pre-9/11) and the CN Tower, and I've flown numerous times, and have never had a problem. But put me on an open-air deck (like the observation deck of the Empire State Building) or a glass floor (again, the CN Tower), and I'll be sh*tting my pants.

Nothing like a little chipotle sauce, pepperjack cheese, and JalapeΓ±o peppers on a burger to get you through a Friday.
