Here is a topic that I have always had a tough time getting behind.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. Do you have four or more of these symptoms?
Dyspnea
Palpitations
Chest pain or discomfort
Choking or smothering sensations
Vertigo or unsteady feelings
Feelings of unreality (depersonalization or derealization)
Paraesthesias (tingling in hands or feet)
Hot and cold flushes
Faintness
Trembling or shaking
Difficult breathing
Sweating
depersonalization or derealization? Isn't that like denormalization?? π

"What's pantophobia?"

All of them, but only when trying to swim in the bath when drunk. Does that count?

Depends on the beer - now warm Australian beer really is sickening (it needs to be cold enough to deaden the taste buds) (hence KVBD), warm US beer is nearly as bad, and most lager beers are pretty scary when warm. But many (by no means all) British beers are better warm than cold, and so are some Spanish beers.
