The world ending? That usually happens when I take a break. π

What is this vacation thing you speak of?
It's that thing involving being able to afford her some time that one frequently promises to ones wife but rarely materialises.
But I've beaten the system: I promised Ann I would take 8 months off, and it's now streteched to over 11, which puts me 3 months ahead of commitment. But she's really browned off because I've been busier that I was when I wasn't on vacation. I guess I have to retire, then she'll be happy (if she ever sees me - retirement is even busier, I understand).

DITTO....I've been back home less than 2 weeks, my tan is fading, and I'm already starting to plan my next family trip. It's just too bad it will be next summer before we take it.

Keep it that way! Blokes who retire in the common sense seldom last the year.
