To find the last backup time for SQL analysis services database

    Hi All,

    I have a requirement in my environment which needs the automation to read last backed up time for SQL analysis services database. But am not sure on where i could get the last backup time details for analysis databases. Please share your views and thought on this.

    I'm not aware of this metadata being held anywhere, but if you are regularly backing up your SSAS database (which you should be!) via a SQL Server Agent job or an SSIS package, you can check the job history or wherever your SSIS package logs to.
