Can anyone tell me with 100% certainty that Report Builder 14.0.1016.246 supports TLS 1.2 443 connections?
I'm having issues connecting to SSRS with Report Builder with TLS1.2 and would like to know before I dive down a rabbit hole that the client app supports 1.2
I can see plenty of material from Microsoft about TLS support on SQL Server but for client apps from Microsoft I've found little info.

Hi
I got it working my making .Net registry changes on the client (referenced on the MSDN page above). I had already made the IE changes to remove TLS1.0/TLS 1.1. I don't like messing with .Net for obvious reasons but at least TLS 1.2 is working 🙂
