I think that this is likely related to the rescent change in my timezone from BST to GMT on Sunday but I suspect that the postings are showing as an hour later than it actually in.
As an example: post (http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1801329-263-1.aspx#bm1830865):

May be a browser issue. I just don't know.

Go to the forum settings http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/EditForumSettings.aspx
And all the way down, there are the date and time settings. Check that you have the correct timezone and play with the checkbox that says "Observe Daylight Saving Time (If time appears an hour out, check or uncheck to suit)"

It says:
All times are GMT, Time now is 4:29pm
WRONG!!! GMT/UTC was 3:29pm at the time.
I tried unchecking "Observe Daylight Saving Time (If time appears an hour out, check or uncheck to suit)" and clicking Update to see if it made a difference but it remained checked.
Thanks for the attempted assist Luis.

Tried the checkbox again. I could change it this time but to no avail.

Strange. The server time is still MST, so it's 9:56am as post this, in Denver, which should be 3:56 BST.

Yep, it was 3:56pm, but the forum says you posted it at 4:56pm and the settings page says:

It's been like this for several years now. It's always an hour out between when the clocks in Europe change and when those in the USA change. So on Sunday (6th November), the clocks go back in America and everything will be back to normal.

Ooops - double post.

I am going to assume that John is correct and mark as solution. It is not a significant problem. Had it been a financial transaction...nope just a forum. We can live with this one (or, at least, I can).

I think this is because this version of the forum is old, prior to the date changes for DST. Right now, the UK has moved back to standard, but the US hasn't.
I think this will be fixed next week, but as you note, this isn't a bit deal for forums.
