Time increments

    The above code works okay except for instead of starting at 8:00 am it starts at 7:40 am and ending at 4:40 pm it increments till 7:20 pm .

    How do I adjust the start time for each day excluding weekends to start at 8:00 am and end at 4:40 pm ?
