I dont think this is possible, but just in case someone has heard about it. I would like a low level sql server role called 'data_slave' where the use can move data from database to database without reading the data. The idea is to define these data movement procedures then makes sure the login who operates them (DTS package or windows scheduled job) can not see the data there are moving.
Maybe I need to look at encrypted stored procedures?
Any ideas or creative suggestions are appreciated.

you could use windows authentication in the dts-connection-objects, and only provide the needed rights on your prod-servers to the service accounts that runs sql-agent (so it starts the dtsrun.exe)
