All reporting functions and other subscriptions are working fine, however one particular subscription will not let me view the REPORTS MANAGER page in order to delete or edit the set subscription.
The subscription still works.
There is nothing in the actual SQL database under subscriptions for this report either.
is there anyway to clear this error out? or view ALL users subscriptions

My Subscriptions Page
Use the My Subscriptions page to view all of your subscriptions in one place. From this page, you can access and modify or delete any subscription that you have defined. You cannot access those of other users, nor can you access subscriptions that you use but do not own (for example, if your name has been added to an existing subscription defined by another user). You cannot create subscriptions from this page. For more information about creating subscriptions, see the New Subscription / Edit Subscription Page.
To open this page, on the global toolbar, click My Subscriptions. If you are using SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services, this feature is not supported. Otherwise, this page is always available, even if you lack permission to create subscriptions. If no subscriptions exist or if permission to create or manage subscriptions is disabled, no subscriptions appear on the page.
By default, subscriptions are sorted in alphabetical order by report name. Click a different column heading to change how subscriptions are sorted.
