Looks like you're installing a service pack, not a SQL Server instance. So you should check your installation media.

I tried to search for a solution and it did not work. The problem might be because i already downloaded SQL SERVER 2014 evaluation and deleted it. The trial period is not over, o i doubt that.s the problem.
The link i downloaded it from is "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=46694" and it worked very well the first time.

Maybe the problem is more that you need to understand how to install SQL Server 2014 using the correct installation program.
In that case, maybe these tutorials could help:
Installing SQL Server 2014 Step by Step Tutorial
Install SQL Server 2014 Step By Step Guide for DBAs
How to install SQL Server 2014.
Notice that when you get to the installation page, the bottom left of the screen will say: SQL Server 2014
