Hello,
I have SSRS 2005, along with the database, reports, and the web server all on the same machine. I can run the reports in debug and production modes in the BIDS, but get the following error when trying to deploy them:
The underlying connection was closed. Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
Where do I look to troubleshoot this error?
The certificate is good.
is set in the rsreportserver.config.
Target Server URL: https://pbfamily/ReportServer
Target Report Folder: PBFamilyReports
Any suggestions? See attachment for screen shots of settings on the server.

I have a similar issue, getting "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel" error when attempting to access our established site. We are running MS Reporting service, Can anyone provide imput as where to go or how to resolve this error message? Thanks in advance

if u want to enable SSL and get rid of this problem, check the Required Secured socked layer check box in your report server virtual directory
(you can fnid this here >> Start >> Programs >> Microsoft SQL Server 2005 >> Report Server configuration)
select 3rd option option and give ssl sertificate name in certificate name text box. i got the solution by doing this.
Hope this will help.
