The process could not deliver update(s) at the ''Publisher''.

    The setup:Merge replication

    Server-A publishing server, database acct,acctaux,utiledg published database. Server-B,C,D subscribing servers. Creation of subscription was successfull to all subscribing servers.

    Problem:

    Server-C,D replication are all good. Server-B acctaux,utiledg replication are all good except for database acct.

    Error msg: for subscription failure in database acct

    The process could not deliver update(s) at the 'Publisher'.

    (Source: Merge Replication Provider (Agent); Error number: -2147200989)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------General network error. Check your network documentation.

    (Source: Server-A (Data source); Error number: 11)

    Note:

    If this is a network problem how come the database acctaux and utiledg replication process are doing well?

    Are you saying you can always merge and get the same error each time on the same db?Can you do a merge on the spcific database ? or are all 3 done in one hit ?

    I had an issue with this and found it to be due to how the publication was setup. but mine was to do with a SQL CE subscription.
