  Hi I hope you can help me. I was working on my pc ( I have vista home basic) and my pc froze (its 1 month old) anyway i had to restart it and when i did that and try and open incredimail I get this msg that the parameter is incorrect? It wont open at all.

  I am simple pc user so please help me in simple terms.

  When you state "restart it", do you mean that you turned off the power ?

  Powering off a workstation could have corrupted the file system. To diagnose, go to "run" and enter "cmd" at the command prompt enter

  chkdsk c:

  P.S.

  I am going thru a corrupted file system and am getting a new PC on Monday, provided by the business.
