  I am currently the DBA for a SQL Server 2008-based 7*24 hosted service, exploiting mirroring and merge replication and have access to SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition. As with all new SQL Server releases there are a plethora of books, courses and other resources about SQL Server 2012. I am looking to those with more experience of the new release to suggest the one resource they would recommend to help me get up to speed.
