  • Just want to say thank you to all of you i know some of my questions are simple or may seem dumb but i am a graphic desinger and the new company i work for has their website hosted by a stupid company that has it set all up all to be SQL based to find any information including picture names and details its a nightmare def more then what i signed up for but again thank you for all your help im sure i will have plenty more questions. I am trained somewhat in SQL so i have the basic understanding of it i just have alot of trouble with joins and unions...

    You're welcome... and thank you for mentioning it. This will actually help a lot of people feel good about what they're doing here.

    (When you need help, it helps us tremendously if you can tell us what you've tried, and give us table definitions and sample data to work with. Please read the first link in my signature for how to do all of this - if you do this, coupled with the attitude you've just displayed towards all of us, I'd bet that several people will be willing to help you out.)

    If you can't explain to another person how the code that you're copying from the internet works, then DON'T USE IT on a production system! After all, you will be the one supporting it!
