Testing BB Formatting here...

  • It grooWwSs!!!

    [style size="30px"]does it?[/style]

The Prime Motivation for Solving Problems is ...

That worked.  Size is 32 there.  Size by px doesn't work.  Probably a good thing in this day and age.

    Notes to self:

PRE and CODE are just monospaced and don't retain leading spaces even if they're pasted as non-breakable spaces.  CODE pretty much makes a train-wreck by encapsulating each row in a box and further increasing the spacing between rows worse than the code windows do.

There are no headings, superscript, subscript, of font-face settings to be had at least not for the BBCode plug-in they use on this forum.

Just for handy future reference (Normal text seems to be Size=16)...

    Normal v.s. Size=8 Bold Size=8

    Normal v.s. Size=10 Bold Size=10

    Normal v.s. Size=12 Bold Size=12

    Normal v.s. Size=14 Bold Size=14

    Normal v.s. Size=16 Bold Size=16 <-----<<< Normal size text

    Normal v.s. Size=18 Bold Size=18

    Normal v.s. Size=20 Bold Size=20

    Normal v.s. Size=22 Bold Size=22

    Normal v.s. Size=24 Bold Size=24

    Normal v.s. Size=26 Bold Size=26

    Normal v.s. Size=28 Bold Size=28

    Normal v.s. Size=30 Bold Size=30

    Normal v.s. Size=32 Bold Size=32

    Normal v.s. Size=34 Bold Size=34

    Normal v.s. Size=36 Bold Size=36

    Normal v.s. Size=38 Bold Size=38

    Normal v.s. Size=40 Bold Size=40

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.

  • "Style" wasn't in the list of BBCodes but tried it in the first post above just to make sure.  Agreed... it doesn't work.
