TempDB logfile is filling up > 40 GB in size, jobs are failed

    Hi,

    While doing some process TempDB logfile is filling up > 40 GB in size.  because of this several jobs are getting failed.  Please help me

    Tempdb is filled because of some insert or update statements ,

    you need to

    1)  realize what are these are revisit them

    2) you can schedule a shrink database  , ( go to sql enterprise --> tempdb --> right click --> all tasks --> shrink db

    But this is happening when some process is going on.  Anyway I will try to schedule and check.
