Hello,
Is there a way to view the available space for SQl Server 2000 databases in the Management Studio.
Thanks,

You can use the built in reports. They kind of resemble the TaskPad view from SQL 2000. Right Click the database, Select Reports -> Standard Reports -> Disk Usage.

Do you mean the databases are attached to a SQL Server 2008 instance using 80 as the compatability level? I have never tried this if that is the case, but you can always use the sp_spaceused stored procedure to get the information.
