    I have found TaregtserverRole in MSDB. But what is the use of this Role.

    It's used for multserver job administration where one server is the master and one or more servers are target servers. See "Multiserver Administration" in BOL.

    I used it in the production server. The developers could see the jobs and DTS packages but they could not change it.
