Taking huge time while .loading data from one db to another db table

  Hi ,

  I am trying to load one tables data from X database to  Y database in target table .

  I dont understand data count in source is only 25000 , but then also it is unable to load it .
  In my source column 48 column present

  It is getting stucked . below is the screen shot

  Trace command on the source why it takes so long? Play with decreasing/increasing buffer sizes
