Dear all,
I've just applied for a DBA job and the guys sent me a test.
They must be good over there, I dont really know the answer for this one.
Anyone would like to give us a hand to get this job?
Thanks in advance.
A published database has been restored onto a server with no replication. You now wish to make a change to one of the “published” tables. However when making a change you get an error message that the table is published for replication and cannot be changed. sp_dropsubscription and sp_droparticle will not drop the table from replication because there is no replication set up on this server. How would you get to a position to be able to change the table structure?

If we give you the answer, do we get the job?
I'll give you a hint, but that's all. The database in question still thinks it's replicated.
