T-LOG FOR AOAG

    Apart from Synching up databases to be involved with AOAG initially. Does AOAG use TLOG backups so the folder can be relocated without any effect on AOAG replicas.

    AGs do not use log backups, but you still need to take them (databases are in full recovery) and you do want to keep them around for DR.

    As Gail mentioned, the log backups are for DR and recovering your system from issues that affect your AG. You can move the log backups location without affect the AG
