I am investigating System Monitoring Software for my current Company. I of course know SMS, NetIQ, and the like... But I would like input from others as to the Type of App server / DB server monitoring software they have used and had reasonable success in rapid reliable deployment and any related issues that may be related to these COTS products. Since we are looking to perform System Resource alerts from Network resources, App Servers, Exchange Servers to DB servers I would appreciate any opinions or comments.
