Formulation of the question makes me a bit confused. Which transaction isolation level is NOT available to transactions running
in the master and msdb databases? For the DB administrator, all responses in today's Qotd are available.
However, for the average user may be not available READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT isolation level.
Thanks Tom for this interesting question. Well put together QotD is usually more difficult than to answer it.;-)
